General Operations Management
Accompanying the investor from the project to the opening and post-opening phase, ABC Hospitality presents an operations management service that supervises and supports the General Manager, reporting to the Investor / Owner, in order to solidify concepts and processes aligned with the implemented project.
Only with the Management As a Service service, it is possible to ensure that the entire creation of phases A and B are properly implemented and executed in the daily operation and management of the unit. In this way, it is also possible to guarantee the orientation of the Business Plan duly approved in the previous phases.
Collaboration takes place through monthly meetings with the general management and owner so that, together, we can continue monitor the business growth. At this stage, the presence of ABC Hospitality in the unit is weekly in order to assist the general director and / or other departmental departments throughout all processes.
